NO.1 Raw material selection

We use brass (environmentally friendly copper, such as H59, H62), stainless steel (304/316L) or electroplating (nickel plating, chrome plating),

The copper rod is heated to a plastic state and pressed into shape by a forging press, so that the internal structure is denser and the pressure resistance is better.
NO.3 CNC machining

CNC machining: Use CNC lathes and milling machines to process key parts such as internal and external threads, water outlets, water inlets, etc. in the valve body to ensure dimensional accuracy
NO.4 Laser welding

Laser welding has high energy density and can precisely act on the welding parts, making the weld more uniform and smooth, and reducing defects such as pores and sand holes. For example, laser-welded faucets will not have cracks and pores at their welds, ensuring the sealing of the faucet.
NO.5 Semi-finished product specification inspection

Semi-finished product inspection: Thread fit inspection Check whether the thread specifications meet the design requirements, and whether there are no dents or broken teeth in the thread profile. After screwing the hose into the base screw hole, the screwing should be smooth to achieve the fit accuracy.
No burrs on the surface Check whether the surface of the faucet is smooth and has no sharp burrs to prevent scratches on the user during use.
NO.6 Grinding and polishing

Rough polishing: Use a grinding wheel or abrasive belt to remove the rough surface layer after casting/forging.
Fine polishing: Use a cloth wheel + polishing wax to refine the surface to a mirror effect.
Ultrasonic cleaning: Remove oil stains and metal debris.
NO.7 Inspection polishing

Check the polishing to see if there is any missing or damaged！
NO.8 Surface treatment

Chrome plating gives the faucet a mirror-like luster, making it more beautiful. At the same time, the chrome plating layer has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which can effectively protect the faucet base material and extend its service life. In addition, the chrome plating layer also has a high hardness and can resist a certain degree of physical scratches, keeping the faucet surface smooth and bright.

Laser engraving LOGO can clearly display the brand of the user's faucet, which helps to enhance the brand image and recognition
NO.10 Assembly and packaging

When installing valve core, sealing ring, handle, bubbler, etc., use a torque wrench to control the tightening force (to avoid over-tightening and causing the ceramic piece to break).
NO.11 Water and gas testing in workshop

Ensure sealing performance: Through water and air testing, we can detect whether the various connection parts and sealing parts of the faucet are tight, ensuring that there will be no leakage or seepage under normal use conditions.
Improve product quality: Through strict water and air testing, we can timely discover quality problems in the production process and take corresponding improvement measures to improve the overall product quality and production efficiency.

Quality inspection products: safety, hoses and rubber pads, thread compatibility, surface technology

Packing box: faucet screws and nuts washers and seals hose mounting bracket or base aerator instruction manual (according to product definition accessories)
NO.14 Valve core life test

Simulate switch action (≥500,000 times) to test the durability of the ceramic valve core.
NO.15 Flow test

Simulate the actual use environment to test whether the water flow rate meets the standard (such as national standard ≤ 9L/min)
NO.16 Air tightness test

Pass high-pressure water (≥1.6MPa) or air, maintain pressure for 30 seconds, and check the valve body for leakage.
NO.17 Salt spray test

The electroplating layer must pass a 24-96 hour neutral salt spray test (NSS) to ensure that there is no rust.
NO.18 Warehouse logistics and transportation

We can choose different modes of transportation for our faucets, including land, sea and air transportation, and provide cargo guarantee.

Are there restrictions on where my logo can be laser etched?

We usually laser mark on the handle or the faucet body base. The surface must be relatively flat for the best result. During the sample phase, we will provide a digital mockup showing the exact position and size for your approval.
