Laser welding has high energy density and can precisely act on the welding parts, making the weld more uniform and smooth, and reducing defects such as pores and sand holes. For example, laser-welded faucets will not have cracks and pores at their welds, ensuring the sealing of the faucet.
NO.5 Semi-finished product specification inspection

Semi-finished product inspection: Thread fit inspection Check whether the thread specifications meet the design requirements, and whether there are no dents or broken teeth in the thread profile. After screwing the hose into the base screw hole, the screwing should be smooth to achieve the fit accuracy.
No burrs on the surface Check whether the surface of the faucet is smooth and has no sharp burrs to prevent scratches on the user during use.
NO.6 Grinding and polishing

Rough polishing: Use a grinding wheel or abrasive belt to remove the rough surface layer after casting/forging.
Fine polishing: Use a cloth wheel + polishing wax to refine the surface to a mirror effect.
Ultrasonic cleaning: Remove oil stains and metal debris.

Chrome plating gives the faucet a mirror-like luster, making it more beautiful. The electroplating layer must pass a 24-96 hour neutral salt spray test (NSS) to ensure that there is no rust.
