NO.6 Grinding and polishing
Rough polishing: Use a grinding wheel or abrasive belt to remove the rough surface layer after casting/forging. Fine polishing: Use a cloth wheel + polishing wax to refine the surface to a mirror effect. Ultrasonic cleaning: Remove oil stains and metal debris.

Pass high-pressure water (≥1.6MPa) or air, maintain pressure for 30 seconds, and check the valve body for leakage.

The electroplating layer must pass a 24-96 hour neutral salt spray test (NSS) to ensure that there is no rust.
